skysurfer's post in Surround settings was marked as the answerW10 sets scale 100% by default. I reduced it moving slider all the way to the left towards 0 and everything looks normal now. So it was high scale value in monitor setting.

skysurfer's post in Saitek Pro yoke issue was marked as the answerLooks like I fixed it.
I found several Windows updates failed due to some security issues, one of those was Saitek update. I had to reinstall them. It cured the issue.
