Hey, So it's the first time I'm using FS2Crew and everything goes smoothly until the time where I contact the ground crew. First, the ground crew only responds with the "ground from cockpit" command, not the "cockpit to ground" one. After the "Go ahead" response, I give the command of "We are ready for pushback and engine start" or any other, and they just don't respond back. Also, when I tell the F/O to start the engines, he tells me that "we’re not configured for engine start". I really like this addon and I wish I can resolve it
