Ground Crew Not Responding

Featured Replies

Hey,

So it's the first time I'm using FS2Crew and everything goes smoothly until the time where I contact the ground crew. First, the ground crew only responds with the "ground from cockpit" command, not the "cockpit to ground" one. After the "Go ahead" response, I give the command of "We are ready for pushback and engine start" or any other, and they just don't respond back. Also, when I tell the F/O to start the engines, he tells me that "we’re not configured for engine start". I really like this addon and I wish I can resolve it :/

Hi,

Please sign with your real name.

Please double check the manual. To talk to the ground crew, your Audio Control Panel needs to be set up properly.

IMPORTANT: When talking to Ground Crew workers, such as the Start Crew or Engineers, the aircraft must be configured properly or the Ground Crew will not hear you. You have two options.

IMPORTANT: Whenever talking to the Ground Crew, the Captain's Audio Control Panel and Service Interphone Switch on the Aft Overhead Panel must be setup as shown below otherwise the Ground Crew will not hear you!

Me too! I have already set both the service interphone and the SVC to ON, but still no response.
