It's been five days since I downloaded UT2 and it's been five days since I have had any AI aircraft around. I know that I will be hit up by the UT2 a really excited user saying "You're crazy! It works great for me." Hey that's great for you but I have been trying everything that's recommended in their forums. Nothing! I posted a specific request for help in the forum as per their instructions. Nothing. I PM'd one of the Flight 1 "customer support" guys and got an email confirmation that he read my request for support. Nothing. I PM'd the other guy this afternoon and hopefully he can help. Their forum for licensed users is full of similar problems. Some of them get solved and some don't. I just feel that $50 is a chunk of money to put out on a product that doesn't work and to my knowledge has non-existent customer support. Here's my smiley face for all of the people who will reply after me and tell me how great UT2 is. I hope it turns out great for me as well but up to this point... NOTHING!
