FSX - Suggested Settings?
Hello Everyone, I am looking for suggestions on how to get the most out of FSX in terms of settings and FPS. I recently purchased a new computer, and I am trying to optimize performance. I mainly like to fly the airliners: default CRJ-700, 744, and the 738 with add-on liveries from AVSIM. airbus models from Thomas Ruth. freemium 757s from Just Flight I use the afcad files downloaded from Avsim as well. Computer Specifications: Operating System MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 CPU Intel Core i7 @ 2.30GHz 40 °C Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology RAM 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28) Motherboard Hewlett-Packard 181D (U3E1) 40 °C Graphics Generic PnP Monitor (1600x900@60Hz) NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M Intel® HD Graphics 4000 Hard Drives 932GB TOSHIBA TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 (RAID) 31 °C Optical Drives hp BD CMB UJ160 Audio IDT High Definition Audio CODEC Thank you in advance.

Functions won't click in VC
Hello,Thank you guys for responding to my post. I did not have any more problems after I changed the eye point in the VC. I also have to take into consideration as well the issues of flying into an area with lots of autogen and/or dense scenery and add-ons. I am getting better performance.Thank you again.

Functions won't click in VC
Hello,I was flying the Pairbus A319 in FSX, and I had challenges with utilizing the clickable functions in the VC. I could find myself in the VC with being able to click on the radio, the autopilot, and the various screens. There would then be random moments where I would not be allowed to click on any functions in the VC at all, especially when I need to use these functions the most. This is kind of annoying when I am trying to set myself up for ILS approaches.Does anyone know of any solutions to this problem?Thank you in advance.brntwrmn
