Functions won't click in VC

Featured Replies

Hello,I was flying the Pairbus A319 in FSX, and I had challenges with utilizing the clickable functions in the VC. I could find myself in the VC with being able to click on the radio, the autopilot, and the various screens. There would then be random moments where I would not be allowed to click on any functions in the VC at all, especially when I need to use these functions the most. This is kind of annoying when I am trying to set myself up for ILS approaches.Does anyone know of any solutions to this problem?Thank you in advance.brntwrmn

Is it possible that you are moving your eyepoint during flight? If you move it back too far, you can lose VC click-spots..

Where you flying in an area with lots of autogen and/or just dense scenery and addons? I seem to remember that in some cases FSX can get swamped and what it considers lower priorities will get temporarily dropped, like VC clickspots. I used to get it myself, but haven't had it for a long time. If you are flying in a really dense area or with lots of addons, try reducing some scenery features or disabling a couple of addons. At the very least it might help you exclude that as a cause.

Hello,Thank you guys for responding to my post. I did not have any more problems after I changed the eye point in the VC. I also have to take into consideration as well the issues of flying into an area with lots of autogen and/or dense scenery and add-ons. I am getting better performance.Thank you again.
