I've had the same issue here. Just bought ASN through the SimMarket, but the product refuses to activate whilst the website and forums are down. Additionally can't seek report (or even find an email address to complain to) because of the same issue. Given my satisfaction with previous HiFi products, this seemingly catastrophic failure is greatly disappointing.

Thanks Mike & Robin! I assumed that as the Introduction and the Tutorial Flight were together in the same folder, the rest of the documents should be there too. You know what they say about assuming! Thanks a lot Josh Bullen

So I bought the PMDG 777, and everything has installed fine, except I've only got 2 out of 6 of the documents. Introduction Tutorial #1 Flight Crew Training Manual Flight Crew Operations Manual Volume 1 Flight Crew Operations Manual Volume 2 Quick Reference Handbook I submitted a ticket to support, but they're understandably busy and I have not yet recieved a response. Anyone else had this issue, or know where I can download the remaining PDF's? Thanks Josh Bullen
