What? I've been buying PMDG for many years with or without my full name. I've paid my money, so someone please tell me how to use the damn thing

OK, I installed the 737NGX. When asked for my licence I was told it was invalid. Tried to get on website and can't. I don't get the option of using my licence when I load the aircraft in P3D any more and get licence fail issue.... obviously because I haven't registered it..... is this because I can't access the website? Please can someone tell me how to register the thing as I never get the option when loading in P3D. Can someone tell me how to get on the website. Is this a secret? Why so damn difficult?

I bet this has already been posted, I can't find any reference, but does anyone have any idea how to get on the PMDG website? I've seen vague references to firewalls and ports but every other website is accessible. Message I get is "website unreachable"

Brilliant suggestion... It worked thank you. I can't even remember installing the newer driver ... maybe an auto updater? Hadn't even thought of that, just got stuck on the UIAutoMationCore.DLL idea. Thanks for clearing my thoughts.

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I can't find it in here. I keep getting crash to desktop in FSX, sometimes when I first start it and more often when I try to use the top menu. The error message I get is below. Any one know what's wrong? I have a clean install on a fresh windows install. Getting mad with it now. Cheers
