HONOLULU – In a bid to open an exciting new virtual airline, Sean Forsett has officially announced the creation of Hawaiian Air Virtual. This new virtual airline will be revolutionary to the industry, introducing new concepts not seen at other virtual airlines. Sean has pride for this virtual airline because he enjoys all aspects of the real world Hawaiian Airlines.“It has been my dream to open a excellent new virtual airline, and Hawaiian Air was a great model to do it with. I enjoy flying the Hawaiian Air routes and the culture behind the airline is astounding,” says Sean.“What we have done, is built a virtual airline from the ground up. We use nothing but the best when it comes to coding. Our website is fully custom built with a fully custom ACARS system designed specifically for our use. In this ACARS program, pilots will be able to obtain weather, charts, bid on flights, enjoy in-flight entertainment, and so much more. We also have a promotional exam system and three great chief pilots – all who are real world pilots, and one who is a Vision Air pilot – who design these exams to test your flight simulator knowledge and general procedures of each aircraft. We have a lot in store for this wonderful virtual airline, and there is much more to come!”With his real world army Apache flight experience, Sean knows what it takes to be a leader. He has recruited some of the best staff possible. He enlisted the help of Jonathan Lamb, an experienced simmer who has ran multiple virtual airlines, to become Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Air Virtual. Jonathan has been simming for over twelve years and is a real world private pilot. After recruiting Jonathan, Sean brought in Liam Duffy, a real world student pilot, as the Boeing 767 Chief Pilot. Sean has a remarkable liking for aviation and wishes to become an airline pilot within the next few years. Colin Stepney was also introduced as the Airbus A330 Chief Pilot. Colin currently flies Dornier 328 turboprops for Vision Air in the real world. His skills will be valuable not only to the VA, but to the pilots flying for the VA.Hawaiian Air Virtual is expected to open by the end of September.
