    Could have been a scan, download or some other process that fired up.

    Type in "Sound" in Cortana's search, bring up the sound panel. With headset on/enabled, set headset to: Default communications device. N99WB

    P3d should (and will) be able to run better looking and smoother on any 64 bit Windows computer than FSX. Smooth is the new fast.

    However, Samsung's Magician software will only run RAPID mode on one drive. If using Samsung, be mindful of that.

    I own it, but I can't compare it because it's the only payware jet I've owned. Do I enjoy flying it? Well, I fly it a lot. But it is kind of a mixture of terror and satisfaction. N99WB

    There is a fix, but you can bring up task manager, highlight P3D and select switch-to. Sorry I don't remember the fix.
