I applied this fix also. Back in the air with the latest hotfix and all seems to be functioning normally. Ralph Walker

Fixed with help from PMDG staff. Basically, uninstalled NGX. Delete PMDG NGX folder and reinstall. Working OK so far, minus the hot fix.

uninstalled and reinstalled three times. tried to start it without hot fix and with hotfix installed. same result

I had a perfectly function NGX yesterday. Flying like a dream. This morning I installed HotFix 1 and now nothing works. Aircraft loads with every warning light illuminated and there it sits. Trouble ticket submitted but no answer from PDMG yet. Any body got any ideas.
