You should take a look at the Duxford Airport scenery for the UK. It is based around an airshow and has crouds and vendors take a look at it here. Best Freeware FSX. There are a few other freewares worth having, a great one being the Christchurch NZ scenery .................awsome and freeware.

Blimey! You have got some good spec there Mark. You could probably fly the Space Shuttle with that Flew a flight last night and had some freezes. Then realised that I had automatic updates turned on plus my antivirus tried to do an update. Turned these off and flew the same flight again (Eham - EGKK) ....... no problems. Thinking about adding some terrain.. am I mad!

For anyone using lower end systems like me Windows XP 3.0 G Quad Core 4GB Ram 1GB graphics card Moderate graphics settings/no Ai traffic/No water I have found that by not opening any 2D panels during flight, especially the FMC I have had no problems. I have completed a few of the tutorial flights EGKK-EHAM with no problem ( landed using HUD). I currently have no addons at all installed except the NGX. I am using the NGX in VC mode only. Hope this helps some of you. Got to say …….What a great job PMDG have done here, it is truly amazing. I am sure given time these issues will be sorted, Cant wait to get home tonight and go again.

Have tried for a few hours this weekend to get a flight in. I Have had a few black screens and the cockpit freezes completely, when I try to reload the flight i get all the panels blacked out with the throttle stuck fully forwards, everything is frozen. Also there is a " memory could not be written" box pop up on exit.

Hi guys, I have recently downloaded the NGX and have found that a little way into flight the navigation display and th PFD freezes. The aircraft continues in a straight line but the auto pilot cannot be disabled and there are no reponses from any of the controls. I have no other addons just acceleration and the FMC is flying the aircraft Any advice on what to do ? Many thanks
