  1. Will FSX finally utilize all 4 cores thats the only thing holding me back with this game.
  2. Yeah I mean I am also hearing that they are coming with P3D V2 and I may just get a new system when that happens. I also think ram is very expensive right now so I am just going to wait it out for a bit.
  3. yeah I am not planning on overclcoking because it can cause problems for the CPU. But will a Core I3 have better FSX performance because of the lower cores than a Core I5 or the AMD A10 that I am looking at?
  4. I have been doing some research and I have been going through passmarks cpu list http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php I looked at the list and saw that if I divide the performance number by the number of cores I get a number of 1250 passmark performance scores per core. Should I get an I3 because that means that if I get a dual core 4th gen I3 4340 I can get a performance of 2300 passmark performance scores per core.
  5. I am planing on a new FSX build when RAM gets cheaper my budget is about 500 bucks which HAS TO include windows 7 the AMD processor I want is http://www.microcenter.com/product/414754/A10_6800K_Black_Edition_41GHz_Quad-Core_Socket_FM2_Boxed_Processor and I want to get about 8gb of RAM when it gets cheap again If I get this processor and continue using my NVIDIA GTX 260 will I be able to run FSX with addons like NYC X? and the PMDG NGX? along with some of the fly tampa scenery? Thanks. I want honest opinions that are based on fact rather than a intel persons opinion My current specs are intel Q9550 4gb of ram NVIDIA GTX 260
