  1. Yes my Jet sounds not the DC 6 and 7. I have been accused again by another vender TSS that I have used there sounds. I have not! I have asked for proof and no response. They have become a liabis to me and all of my stuff has been taken down from fspilotshop. The quality that I have done has become a threat to the other payware vendors. All of their sounds are of very poor quality and a Night and Day difference from my sounds. There is a DC 6 and 7 sound payware set for sale at fspilotshop and they sound exactly the same as our freeware does and have the same stereo ability, there is a sample file there to listen to. More than likely were taken from our free ones and uploaded for sale, but I can not prove that unless I buy them and check them out. Thank You Tom gibson for being a very good friend and all of your support that you have given me.\ Jon J.
  2. TSS accusing me. All of my engine sounds, Jon's Aircraft Sounds have been forcibly removed from fspilotshop.com due to being acused of taking TSS Jet engine sounds and trying to sell them, and I have not done no such thing, Also no emails from TSS telling me that I had used theirsounds. I do not even have any software from TSS that I could even use to do such a task. I have always respected other peoples property. I got my sounds from Airports and AircraftMaintenance shops. I have a very close friend that is a mechanic at DIA and he is always there when I need sounds. I have spent the last 12 years perfecting my sounds into perfect stereo quality. That is why I am posting this hoping to protect my stereo technology. But I feel that these other vendors that are accusing me, are about to breach, my hard work and ideas. if they do I do have proof that I created this high quality realism. Looks like that I have become a threat to them because their sounds are very poor in quality, example broken loop files, phasing and crosstalk, Very Mono, no outside stereo separation. The very first sound that I had put up for payware at fspiolotshop.com got imeadiate attention from Strech AKA SkySong stating that my sounds were horrible and were default FS9 sounds he stated DO NOT BUY! without out provocation. No one has given me any proof that my sounds are the same as theirsounds. How is a person to know what is going on by being accused and not given a chance to defend himself.

  4. Does anyone know how to fix the Virtual Cockpit upper right hand side missing panel bitmap part? It also has the compass Dial showing in the upper right side from the missing panel not being there. I am thinking that it has been made into the MDL and I can not fix it. Part of the upper right side panel is showing it;s gauge on the lower console middle table. Looks like a UV location problem. panel lights do not function correctly. Turn on the nav lights ans all of the cabin lights come on and can not shut them off. CD4 player cause hard frame rate hit, Cowl flaps cause a ghost landing gear to come down and they will not retract unless you adjust the cowl flap switches. This problem was fixed by using Cowl flaps from a Lockheed. I have spent many hours fixing gauge and panel problems with their default Cal Classics green and gray panels. I know these kits are freeware and they are awesome! Just trying to get all of the gauges working together perfectly. I can not get into the Cal Classics forum as there is no add new topic button on the page. I am registered with them. But can not post my questions there. Thanks for reading. Any help would be awesome. Jon J.
  5. Good catch! I sometimes work so long on this project, get tired and I miss things. Funny thing is that error is obvious too. I will check the cal Classics original file and see if it is there also if not then shame on me. I will get back to you with an update. Thanks again for spotting that for me. I just went to my FS9 computer and fixed that cfg error and I am still having the same problem. When I turn on the beacon or nav lights the cabin and cargo areas also come on. Must be hard coded in their make model files. All of their aircrafts do the same problem. No wheel well lights are showing. The switch is there but no actions. I did check their original cfg config files and they were numbered correctly. My fault. I am working on a redo for the cruise flames to save some numbers for other lights. They were using 8 light switches for the flames and I got it down to four numbers by combining the effect files more efficiently and re setting the smoke xml files as well. The config that I put up for you was not finished for the flames. I got those working perfectly. Thanks again for your help.
  6. Thank You Mel for the fast reply. I will get my thumb drive out and grab a few xml files and the aircraft light section for you in a bit. The upper panel section has switches for wheel well-ww and a BC switch for the cargo lights and of course beacon, strobe, steady nav, taxi, and landing + extend. it also has left and center and right main dial gauges lights that I repaired and had to duplicate some gauges as SO, and Fo callouts to get them to work. Cal Classics seemed to have left them out and they were not complete for full functions. Kudos to Cal Classics for their awesome work and quality of their freeware. I have found out the freeware is mostly better quality than pay addons stuff. I have even made many donations to the freeware folks for their work and time involved. I really enjoy this hobby. I think that you are correct it is hard coded into the make model file. 7. RADIOCD3.gauge is acting weird. I have it installed on the Cal Classics DC-6 & 7 and it is located on the no_panel and it has a door compartment, very nice touch. When I click on the doorknob it opens up and exposes the CD Player and then the SSD drive goes into a spasm and starts flashing a fast and steady rate and will not stop until I exit the sim. The player work great and plays music just fine but the aircraft views will have heavy micro stutters when I click that knob on the compartment, even without powering on the CD Player. If the CD is installed on a main panel of an another aircraft it will stutter the SSDs x6 in Raid 0, as soon as the aircraft loads. It has to do with the RADIOCD4.gauge. I also tried the older RADIOCD3.gauge and it does the same event. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jon J.
  8. I am trying to understand the Aircraft config better to get the lights to work better. Wheel well lights do not work even with the default switches installed in the Cal Classics DC-6 and 7s. When I turn on a beacon or strobe the whole VC panel lights up. Does anyone have a clue of how to fix this? I am very good at repairing and making XML files as I do have an understanding of the commands needed. What I need is a Tutorial about aircraft lights and XML creation Thanks for any help. Jon J.
  9. Sound card drivers where my crackle problems. Was very severe in the cockpit when I raised and lowered the engines. I was using the Creative XFI Champion sound card and was beating out my brain for days  wondering why and how to solve the crackle problem. Without realizing the fix occured when I updated my creative drivers to the latest version. The problem was gone for good. Tested on a new build with the default Creative DVD drivers and the crackle was there, then updated again and it was repaired. I hope this helps out a bit for future readers trying to solve the crackle problems. Whatever sound card you are using, MAKE SURE!, that you have the latest and best updated drivers.
  10. I have been having this problem for years now, I go and set up the auto smoke in my airplanes such as any of the Jets, freeware and even payware for the heat shimmer to turn on auto with the light's switches such as Wing, Recognition, Taxi and Logo lights with the freeware XML files, and then I no more have control over those lights on my panels. As soon as there is one of those XML file entries into the panel folder config file that is attached to the aircrat config folder in the light section. Then those lights then become manually useless and is always stuck in the on positions even with the engines shut down and no smoke present. The XML files lock out the light switches, I can not turn them on or off as they are in the stuck on position. Those XML files are not set up correctly for light switches. Is there any way to get the auto smoke to turn on and off with the engines by setting up a way to use another source to tell the smoke to turn on or off as the engine panel has rpm and heat readings shown by a needle up or down according to engine pressures or rpm. I feel that nothing should ever be attached to the lights section for anything but the lights themselves. The Reverse spray causes the same problems with the Taxi and Logo light switches. The effects work great but no light switches to use as in the real reality of things. Please help with any new way or new type of Auto Smoke XMLs if possible. Thanks in advance for any help.
