  1. I have contacted the help desk and Paul at PMDG has reset my key. Thank you all for your assistance.
  2. Thank you for the speedy response. However, I cannot get past the portal. I have tried Product support and contact PMDG and both revert back to the portal. How do I contact PMDG directly. The recent link you sent also directs me to the portal. What is the FCDU?? Regards
  3. Over the past six month I have incurred many faults with my computer. Installing and re-installing windows/FSX etc, I believe all the problems have now been sorted out. However, installing NGX 737 has been denied with the following "The activation of the fulfilment is denied by the policy because max extra activations exceeded". The purchase was disc not download. What is required to activate my installation ??

  5. Thank you pete you are correct. It is the account I cannot access. Having not logged into avsim for some time, I was using what I believed to be access information common to any of the avsim sites. The question for me now is how do I access my account. The only connection I have is my old mail with the validation info which I cannot access because I am being told "they cannot find member account or I'd " when login in using the info sent within the mail.
  6. I cannot sign in, I have used the latest log in details delivered to me by e mail. I have attempted to re apply for an update on my log in info (using the forgotten password) but I am been informed that my mail address is not recognised. Can you plebes look into this so I can log in again. My mail address in "colinwilloughby (at) yahoo (dot) co (dot) uk" due to the fact that I cannot log in I cannot follow this topic.
