In FS commander you have an option to save your flightplan in fsx format and in pmdg format. In case of the first it will not know your sid and star, but it will be there as coordinates (at least that's what i heard, don't use the atc myself). For pmdg you should not save it with sid and stars (the program will give you a warning when saving). Either way it is only part of the solution, because if you are assigned another runway at your destination. Worth to fiddle around with. good luck
