  1. Good Morning all. Brief question. Is it possible to configure popup gauges to display without frames? If so, how? There are programs out there that run without them, such as PM, and Jet45, but these are stand alone programs. Thanks in advance for any replies. Rob.
  2. Thanks for the quick reply Rendi. Just to clarify, I don't want to run RXP as a stand alone on a client, but run P3D on the primary computer, and FSX on the secondary. RXP would then be running as normal under FSX on the second computer. Rob.
  3. Good morning all. I want to port over to P3D with a commercial licence. At this stage the only issue I have is I want to use RealityXP GNS530 which has not yet released a compatible version. Is it possible, if running a multi-computer network, to run P3D on the main computer, and FSX on a client computer running the RXP products with wide view or wide client? Any thoughts, or has it been done? Thanks in advance. Rob.
  4. Is this under autopilot? Could be a coordination issue. Have a look at the skidball. Is it centred when the wings level out. If it happens in both directions, you could compensate by setting the turn radius wider, or distance from waypoint/turning point further out. I know there is a setting in some config files, but I can't remember where.
  5. Thanks guys. On nightshift so I'll give it a try tonight. Rob.
  6. Good Morning all. I am attempting to learn about panel designs and more specifically windows. I have attempted to install two extra windows which are a 'Standby PFD' and 'CRJ-700' radio windows onto the default 737-800 panel. Problem is when I attempt to open the window, the PFD flashes onto the screen for a split second and disappears, and the CRJ-700 radio panel comes up, but only as a black square. It is the right size, but it is blank. Here is the code. Can anyone assist, and if so, educate me so I don't bother you with the same problem again. The added windows are 14 & 15. This is not a pure default panel, as I am using a retrofit ISGSIM FMS package. Everything else works fine except for the added windows. I have highlighted my changes in red. Thanks in advance. 7. Thanks trimmer and Jason. Jason, you probably clarified Timmer's question. It is basically that fsx is used for outside rendering only for the scenery. Cockpits and panels are not being displayed. Auto gen is not an issue as, all rending would take place from the fsx computer as normal creating outside views only. This would be to a multi screen/projector setup. Thanks for the prompt replies. Rob.
  8. Hi guys. Now that X-plane 10 has become a serious contender in the market, as their panels and aircraft/gauge creation, and flying models are great. I was considering going over to that from FSX. But (isn't there always one of them), with the implementation of the ORBX FTX scenery, I have reservations, as the FTX. Scenery is amazing. ORBX have stated they are not doing X-plane versions, but, is there a solution, as many simmers generally find a way? My thoughts (for what it's worth). We have plugins for things such as networking and information sharing, such as Wideview, FSUIPC, GPSOut, etc. Would it be possible to have a networked output string, parsed with the required information from an X-Plane10 primary server machine, to a machine running FSX with ORBX scenery? Information that should only be required is: Time of day (local-for correct lighting(sun/moon/shadows) Lat/Long Altitude Heading Pitch Roll Yaw Weather Speed (may be irrelevant as only POV is required for this scenery, but may be required in textures such as rain) Any thoughts?
