This is where most people will give you different opinions as different people like to fly different aircraft. I personally love the Baron 58 (make sure you read the GPS manual, it has important info on how to get the moving map working), the Piper Malibu Jetprop (difficult to master as it overspeeds very fast and while a light aircraft it "feels" heavy), and the King Air C90B (very hard on the framerates but a joy to fly). I will be Buying their Cirrus SR22, Socata TBm850, Super King Air B200, and the Milviz Super King Air 350i.

HOLY S**T, FINALLY! Someone is making a Super King Air 350i, and yes that is definitely a Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21, and the modeling looks superb. Now I have to throw more money into FSX, its bad enough that Carenado is doing a King Air B200 and a Socata TBM850, now Milviz does a Super King Air 350i, I am going to go broke for 2 weeks!
Update: Could someone help me please....... I keep tossing money at my screen and the plane still does not show up!
Here is how well Milviz has done so far:

I have the 902 v3 and I use Zalman Products, I do know that you can fit a CNPS9900ALED a well as the new one which my friend is using in his Thermaltake Chaser Mk1 the Zalman CNPS12X. I would recommend the CNPS12X as it literally dumps heat.

FS Global Ultimate is excellent, its not perfect and there are some anomalies however it is in my honest opinion a must buy. It is also MASSIVE, it will take time to install but its worth it in the end, and yes it is 100% compatible with REX, GEX, & UTX.

I have the PA46T from Carenado, I would take the Carenado model over this one 10/10 times. This model is not terrible, its decent but when you have a market for a better payware aircraft you usually go for the better model and in this case Carenado clearly wins.
-
I didnt find this to be the case with my P46T Malibu Jetprop, of course I got all the service packs with it as well, sure some of Carenado's earlier work was pretty and the FDE was "sub-par" but their latest releases like the P46T and C-90B after the service packs are excellent.

April fools day was over a long time ago!
The Level-D 767 was superb and still is superb, Carenado also has the looks and if you have flown the P46T or C-90B they are excellent, sure PMDG is the company to beat right now in terms of quality and realism but Level D and Carenado are certainly contenders. Also while not commercial A2A Simulations is easily right there with PMDG and I dare you to challenge that.

thanks, I didnt know there was a section and sub section for this, if a moderator could move this to the appropriate section that would be great! I will also be doing a review on the KA200 once its released (probably alongside 200k other people)

THIS IS NOT ABOUT HOW TO PIRATE EXCELLENT PAYWARE, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THAT.... WELL NO HELP WILL BE RENDERED HERE GTFO.
Now thats cleared up......
I recently bought Carenado's Piper PA46T Malibu Jetprop from simMarket, the download was fast and like most everything I get from simMarket its easy. Installation was easy as expected for payware it comes with an auto-installer that does everything correctly for you. The model, textures, sounds, and flight dynamics are STUNNING, the attention to detail almost brings a tear to your eye (might also be my eyes watering from not blinking in amazement). This and like almost all of Carenado's if not all of their aircraft are buy buy buy with no regrets.
The Piracy part... Piracy of flight sim addons is to be expected and forums like Avsim and Flightsim DO NOT TOLERATE PIRACY and for good reason. I am a firm believer of supporting QUALITY developers and I don't buy from studios like Abacus or PAOB for the lack of quality and my sympathy and thanks goes out to the people who "fork it over" to test out those models and review them so we know what we are buying into. I am here saying that Carenado definitely deserves your money as the work they put into their aircraft is almost unrivaled, if you are considering pirating or even purchasing their software, buy it, from what I have read, their latest releases are unrivaled and the PA46T Malibu is easily in that category.
Support the developer and watch the quality (hopefully) continue to get better.
Screenshots to follow soon as proof why to buy and not pirate.

Carenado is pretty much the same level as PMDG and CLS while lacking in modern graphic design is certainly in reference to flight dynamics on par with PMDG.
-
I personally don't like to fly aerobatics but I do have to say this aircraft definitely has the looks and I almost want to buy it just for that, very well done.
-
FS Global 2010 and FS Global Ultimate will work on Win7 and IMHO I think they are the best terrain programs on the market, very well done and work excellently with REX 2.0, Ground Environment X, and Ultimate Terrain X. put all 4 (FSG,REX,GEX,UTX) together and you will certainly get a very real feeling flight.

PMDG's 747 is very nice for transatlantic flights, Level D 767 is well "world renowned" and there are TONS of livery's and "expansions" for it even though it is a bit outdated. Captain Sim like PMDG offers excellent quality and flight dynamics and both are the best of the best in their niche however PMDG owns CS in flight systems and dynamics. Personally I would go with the PMDG 747 or even look into a freeware 747-800i from SkySpirit2010 its masterfully done by some of the people that were POSKY, its a good holdover until PMDG finishes your 777.
-
From the people I fly with and some in my clan, they like most of Just Flight's products. Like others have said its not up to MODERN PMDG (B1900D VC is terrible) or Carenado's quality but its not bad and it does fly well, check out youtube, plenty of people have reviewed it there as well.

hhhmmm sweet now to decide how to spend my money, gotta buy Carenado's PA46T, TSS King Air Sound Pack (for my AFG King Air 300 and B1900D), now possibly GEX & UTX, well there goes 100 USD :P
-
i get that the texture size is dependent upon software texture quality for maximum, what I am looking at from GEX now is autogen placement like it did in 2004, does default FSX place autogen just as well as GEX does or will I see a difference?
-
I bought FSPS on sale for 9.99USD, im not worried and it allows me to be lazy, I "hand" configured my FS9 and the FSX config is about the same with different limitations. Was just wondering if this would have caused an incompatibility of some kind. I am using REX 2.0 Overdrive so I did see changes there, and I bought Ground Environment Pro for 2004 some time back it really made a difference in the world, is it just as effective in FSX or am I really not missing much?
thanks for all the reply's so far, the info is really helping me out a bit. :)

I have actually bookmarked that site, it was one of the first sites I found, problem is he is using FSX's internal settings and not FSPS Xtreme FSX settings where my default is 2-4x better than what can be set internally. Problem is that from what I have read GEX uses 1m textures and I am using beyond that with FSPS enhanced default FSX textures set to .5 or greater as shown above.
-
seems like everyone else is as stumped as I am, 88 views, other threads with multiple reply's, if there is anyone out there that knows please I am all ears. I dont want to waste good money on a product that my system can't push to its limits.

Hello, I have searched using google and I have found some good info on GEX Nhanced for FSX, however I use an awesome program called FSPS Xtreme FSX PC. This program not only gives me 30% better frames but makes FSX look awesome as well. In the textures settings of the program I have it set to Texture Size (in pixels) 4096 where as FSX internal allows only up to 1024, and for image pixels autogen i have it set to 2048x2048 precision at .5m... this is all using FSX default textures and REX 2.0 Overdrive for environment. FSX looks awesome with this however will GEX Nhanced work with these "forced" settings or am I better off using what I am now and saving money. Please note that my Texture LOD Radius is set to medium as its working with REX 2.0 out to a maximum of 50 SM to keep "blurries" down to a minimum.
Below are screen shots of my settings and the definitions for the sliders in question..... Thanks in advance!

Yes. I left the team over 1 year ago (my contract ended). My name is in the credits, so I can say that I worked on the team (NDA, if MS says it, I can say it), but I cant say what I did. If you look at my link below my name, im sure you can figure out what I did rather quickly.
WOW just wow, great work on that Aircraft BTW, looks like you had quite a hand in making the Icon A5, wish you were still part of the team if you had any say.

Hey if you want to buy an R/C aircraft in Flight go ahead, I certainly will not be, If i wanted a good R/C game I would buy AeroFly FS which looks a whole lot better overall and has tons more content than Flight.
-
As I have stated I like Flight as a game, I wish it had TURBOPROPS like a King Air 350 (even made my own well formed thread/poll about it) and as for the largest proposed aircraft I suggested an ATR-72-500/600 that would work well even in HI as much as AK
-
Its already 3 strikes for me. P-51, strike one. Zero, strike two. P-40, thats strike 3 for me. Im out of Flight. Im honestly glad I dont work on the team anymore. Would of driven me off the deep end seeing it spiral down like this.
you were part of the MS Flight Team?

I have been asking for someone to do a Proper King Air 350i for the past 2 years, finally someone steps up and at least its Milviz, so now I can truly expect a high quality payware representation to get rid of that horrid FS2004 port that FSX gives you (friendly panels package is ok but its a FAR shot from this quality!). Milviz its safe for you to say you have my money on this one!
