TOTALLY understand your frustration. I am experiencing the same problem right now. Im hoping the fix this problem soon. i ordered the exact two products you did, just received all my sim hardware and no NGX to fly.,.. really annoying
Just renewed my 737NGX because i got a new comp and had to purchase it again to install it on the new rig. now im trying to activate it and im getting a message saying that im unable to connect to their activation server and to check my internet connection, and well my internet is working fine. anyone else having a similar problem... any way to fix it or maybe contact the people at PMDG... this is REALLY frustrating
