    tnx for the quick reply. The problem is he lives a 150 miles from where i live so i cant help him on that soon. My question was and still is... Is there a limit on a single computer installation, hope anyone can answer that...if not we have to look into the PC , otherwise we'll have to get a ticket. greetz DOC

    Hi, my friend bought the BAe J4100 a long time ago and installed it a lot of times due to system upgrades etc. He thinks he installed it 20+ times on his own pc. He now gets the message " installed to many times " after reinstalling. Is this possible? Is there a limited install to the PMDG products? If not i hope you can help him to get it fixed, he's a 63 year old enthousiastic who's not the best in english so here's where i come into the picture. greetz Doc
