I'm currently having problems with my liscence product i tried to reactivate the product PMGD 737NGX but teh sytems told me a invalid liscence and I entered to the support product site to try to get a new ticket for the reactivation but i dont see any icon to adquire that support...if any body had the same problem and got resolved from the support site..please explain to me. because probably i need a new code..

you need to go to the main page than select the support option on the top, than u need to regrister with a new password etc since its a different system than in the forum, in here you should see on the left a link that says submit a ticket.

He now gets the message " installed to many times " after reinstalling. Is this possible? Is there a limited install to the PMDG products?

 

If not i hope you can help him to get it fixed, he's a 63 year old enthousiastic who's not the best in english so here's where i come into the picture.

he needs to put in a support ticket explaining the situation usually takes 24 hours to get a reply back from them

The problem is he lives a 150 miles from where i live so i cant help him on that soon. My question was and still is...

Is there a limit on a single computer installation, hope anyone can answer that...if not we have to look into the PC , otherwise we'll have to get a ticket.

Yes, there is. He needs to register at http://support.precisionmanuals.com and open a ticket. PMDG staff will reset his activations.
