Cmon any news at all? Surely there must be something PMDG can say about it by now, physically in the screens the plane looks complete so I would imagine the systems are being worked on as we speak.

Guys save your money use this http://code.google.com/p/symlinker/ I will write a complete tutorial today, but its very easy to use and trust me when I say it works with many many addons. The guy selling this tool basically ripped off the same idea as symlink

I have it working but not in the way that crum did it. I will make a tutorial and post it, this not only goes for Shade, but many other addons, however it is best that you want to commit to using P3d only, as the way I will explain hijacks all of fsx's directories and certain files addons are tied to.
