I picked it up last night, and spent about 30 minutes with it in vanilla P3Dv2 not expecting good fps, but was pleasantly surprised. On my aging rig (I7 930 stock, 6GB RAM, 1GB ATI 5870) was getting basically the same fps as the only other plane I've tried (Carenado A36) mostly around 25-30 flying around Seattle. There are a couple of pages in the EFIS that cause my fps to drop by ~10 when I'm on them, but that's easy enough for me to avoid.
I'd say go for it if you're using P3D, but I'd wait for more input if it's FSX.
