Hello: I'm trying to update my 737 NGX to the new SP1D update. When I go to PMDG website they ask me for my order#. I purchased this program from Amazon not PMDGs website. I have no idea how to get this update from them. they offer no assistance. I then went to the forum here and was told and guided to the Aerosoft website and downloaded an update from there but it is an update from march 12, 2013, not the latest update. how do I go about updating this program to the SP1D update that is available on PMDGs website that is not available to me? Hi Byork: Funny thing. I purchased the PMDG 737 800-900 a while ago and it being a very involved aircraft, I have been putting off getting into it. Since I've changed just about every other program running in the simulator, I think it might be time to upgrade to the next level of intensity. It's going to take some time but that's about the only thing we have left that's free. LOL Thank you soo much for your input and I will keep in touch. Keep up the good work. Hi Byork Thanks for your speedy reply. I think your right on the money about the sound card settings. I,m running shakers in the simulator off one audio output and speakers off another and a base box off another. I do hear the voice very faintly asking, I think, about the fuel, but it sounds so mumbled it is not understandable and it sounds like it might be coming out of the base box. I'm going to have to play around with the hookups and settings on the card for a while. As far as the mode changes, the more I work the program the more it works better, so it must be me. There's a lot to learn. I was using Game commander and flight deck companion for many years and I communicated with FDC through Game Commander. It was an old DOS based program and played havoc with the operating system and crashed FSX often and didn't like to get along with VOXATC either. I'm glad it's gone. FS2Crew made me change my whole simulator setup. It is a remarkable and realistic program. One more question. Are the newer FS2Crew programs like for PMDG or a320 or other aircraft any different in content? Are there any added features? Should I change from the Default 737? It might just be high time I did. Hi: Let me start by saying I am very impressed with FS2Crew. im using the default 737 voice program. I have it installed in my flight simulator and also on another computer that I use to check out programs before I enter them into the simulator. I run windows 7-64 and FSX along with a few other programs that enhance FSX. One of them is Enviro. I have added chatter files and a couple of flight attendant announcements. I noticed that when the FS2Crew flight attendant would do her safety speech just before taxi, another FA voice would start speaking simultaneously. Somehow, FS2Crew either triggered that other voice or picked it up and played it at the same time so both FA's were speaking. very strange. I uninstalled FS2Crew, ran the fix located on the website and reinstalled FS2Crew. Problem solved. But here's another. On the computer that I use to check out programs , that not being the FS computer, when I run FSX and FS2crew, I hear some things that I don't hear when In the simulator, like when I am asked, "is the fuel ok"? and I answer "yes it is". I don't hear that when in the simulator I only hear it on the other computer and although I have searched, I have no idea why. all the FS2Crew settings are the same on both computers. Another thing, on pushback. Is there supposed to be a pushback vehicle like shown in the video? I don't see one. Another, most of the modes change as supposed to until I get to like roll out, clean up etc, there's no change of mode. Am I doing something wrong? At 10,000 feet if I ask the flight attendant to turn off the seat belt light, will they do it? the program is great but I must be missing a lot of stuff here that would make it even greater. HI: Can anyone tell me how to properly and fully uninstall FS2Crew 2010 default 737 voice commander? I know for a fact that upon installation, the FSX configuration is edited and the default 737 panel is changed to allow for the clicking of the flaps gauge. Upon uninstalling the last time, FSX became corrupted and had to be uninstalled and reinstalled again. This required me to reinstall all of my addons which took days to complete. I would love to reinstall FS2Crew again but would like to know how to uninstall it if need be. Obviously, just using the windows uninstall does not work. I would guess that is because of the editing of the FSX configuration. Please help. I can not go through another reinstall of my complete simulator and am reluctant to install FS2Crew again because of that. Thank you in advance

David, hello I read your topic dated May 17, 2013. It is now December 13, 2014. Kind of a delayed action but you are the only one that I have seen that has the same problem I have. VOXATC was working pretty good till a while ago. I think it was after I updated to 6.46 and not 6.49. I experience many of the problems others have but one in particular. I use a button on my yoke that triggers the keyboard and the SHIFT key through a keyboard emulator. It worked fine for years now with VOXATC. Recently, I would say in the last 6 to 8 months, I am faced with a problem that I think you have mentioned in your posting. I respond to ATC and release the PTT button. there is no change in the color of what I am supposed to say within the VOXATC applet box. It seems like they do not receive my response until I press and release the PTT button again, then the written words change color and they respond to me. So I have to push the button to speak and push it again to transmit before ATC responds. It never worked that way before and sometime even now it works the right way using only one PTT action but then goes back to 2 pushes of the button. I think it only started after the 6.46 update but I,m not sure. before that update came out, it seemed that VOXATC worked just fine. I have experience freezes, repeated directions etc like everyone has. I changed my keyboard. different key usage just about everything. I'm going to try a few more options, like uninstalling and reinstalling but then I just may go back to installing 6.2 and staying there. It worked flaw2lessly then. I hope you get to read this reply since its been a long time between but I'm at a loss. If you have come up with a fix or have found what caused it, please let me know what it is. I run a lot of other programs along with VOXATC but never ran into any conflicts or problems with it. I have traced back over everything. Cant find anything that would cause this. Hi all: Ive got a problem. Im using voxatc with fsx. after creating and saving a flight in fsx, I fly now. enable voxatc and listen to ATIS and so on. all is well. after a while of responding to Voxatc by using the space bar, I have to hold the space bar, respond vocally, then hit the spacebar again to get Vox to receive my response. it works fine for a while with just using the spacebar as PTT, but all of a sudden it will not accept my response unless I respond vocally and have to release the space bar and press it again. Sometimes, it acts that way from the beginning of the flight when I first enable it, other times it starts acting up in the middle of the flight. Has anyone had this problem and resolved it. I've tried everything. Even after planning a new flight, I thought it might be the flight, it still does it intermittently. Hope someone can help. It is difficult trying to land and having to respond and then hit spacebar again, it gets really crazy. Otherwise, I love it. this seems to have started after I updated from 6 to 6.5 and continues even updating to now 6.49. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and updated it. No good. still happens. Im at a loss.
