This just in! VATSIM has grounded all 787 flights!! j/k... joking aside, it looks like (from the video up there) that the fire might have broken out during initial take-off. The aircraft is pulled onto a side taxiway next to the runway. It could be the engine generators overloading the battery relay causing the batteries to burn....

looks like a shader or effect is screwing up. Best bet is to re-install FSX and your addons ending with the NGX as your last installed add-on...

batteries bursting in flames, cracked windshields, engine troubles, it's going to take a LOT of work to get the 787 off the ground again. Maybe, eventually we will see them fly again but until they have a better track-record I know no airliners here in the states will be getting them.
