I noticed that FAIB airplanes have repaints optimized for FSX in .dds format, so there might be a performance improvement. I've cut back on AI use since I have quite a bit of add-on scenery that has slowed my system down over the years and I mainly use PMDG products. I have plans to do a clean install, but when I look at all the pakacges I have accumulated over the years, I just have to wonder how long it would take me to reinstall them all over again

I think the longest flights I did weres Doha - Houston and Dubai - Los Angeles. I did them in real time, which amounted to over 17 hours, including the PFPX plnning and cockpit prep.

Still hats off to PMDG for releasing a relatively bug free 777, just like the NGX. I know there are bugs, but both were a pleasure to fly upon initial release. The -300ER will be worth the wait. I'm sure the airplane is ready, so the team is just focused on the SP.

I'm 99% PMDG, but if I want to check out some VFR, especially when ORBX realeases new regions, I will get on the Cessna to check it out.
