SkyWest Virtual Lookng For Startup Staff Hi Flight Simmers, I am looking for staff to help me startup a new VA called SkyWest Virtual. The positions I am looking for are: Pilot training director - responsible for maintaining all of the training materials, setting up training sessions, administering and monitoring the progress of pilots in training sessions, setting the educational requirements and making sure the pilot staff meets their training obligations. Training Staff: Helps pilots with training and getting training resources. Also assists the Training Director. Secretary - assists the Vice President and CEO. We can have at least 4 secretarial people. HR Staff: Assists the HR Director, promotes the airline, activates new pilots, handles event coordination (with Events Director) and assists in HR tasks. We have 4 HR Staff positions left. Events Director: Creates and manages events for the airline. Would have to coordinate with ATC for most events. Would also help us partner with different airlines for some events. Partner Director: Helps the airline partner with other airlines. May also create alliances with multiple airlines at once.
