Here is the screenshot from my Spad.Next and the example of "ready to implement" preset for Leonardo Maddog for Logitech panels
-
Once again I will recommend spad.Next - many ready profiles for any device and for every aircraft.
Additionally some brilliant tutorials from Res O'Reilly:
-
Thanks for info. What about Asobo ATR 42/72-600? Maybe cause its developed by Hans (he also developed AS CRJ) - would be possible?

As Fiorentoni said, you most likely need the third party software. I am using Spad.Next (~25 bucks) to setup my Honeycomb Bravo (with autopilot panel) and Logitech Radio Panel. Spad.Next has sth called "online profiles", so you can easy download them and use with your device

Agree on this, I wonder why nobody (apart from FlyByWire) haven't implemented that

On 5/3/2023 at 5:03 PM, Fiorentoni said:You are mixing up two different things. Exclusions are for jetways only, while config files configurate GSX services to special procedures at some airports (e.g. custom pushbacks to certain taxiways etc.).
As for jetway exclusions, the general rule is: Exclude every 3rd party airport (= non-MSFS-default).Good guidance, I am thinking what about freeware airports from flightsim.to? In that case it is good way to exclude also these airports in GSX?

2 hours ago, Nixoq said:I don't know if it should or should not happen, but they certainly are not a bunch of hobbyists that lack any kind of knowledge, even if they had a hard time with MSFS initially.
Honestly, from guys, who are nearly 30 years in the business I expect more, much more. After 30 years in Flight Sim business, PMDG should be a vision creator in terms of new features, etc. Right know, their only achievement is porting 737 from P3D to MSFS - of course without any new features, like CPDLC integration, but hey, we are PMDG, right - the best of the best in the business right? I will not mention the EFB, and Global Flight Operation, because it is already a joke. Company with such track record, "knowledge" and experience should not diverge so much from the timeframe it initially assumed re EFB (nearly 1 year of delay)

As far as I am aware there are only 2 options for autosave - FSUIPC and Volanta. I had done research and it works the same, I am using FSUIPC. Prefer "one time" purchase instead of subscription base model (Volanta). I also use Volanta for tracking my flights (free version is fine for that).
To conclude, FSUIPC autosave function works well with PMDG

Nice accusations, as "additional proof" please see the Twitch Streamer LondonController from his stream today: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1799519518
Exact moment: 02:58:44
Here is the screen from this moment
QuoteWhy then does everything except the header refer to v5?
Looks like a Photoshop job.
Dave
Maybe LM was testing the website and forgot to delete v5
I'm looking forward to the comment that it's still fake

I am using my iPad for remote CDU. For PMDG 737, Leonardo MD-80, CRJ - I am using aviaCDU. Does anyone know if there is any app/solution for remote CDU for iniBuilds A310?

New pics from Aerosoft Forum, looking good:
QuoteAs illustrations for an interview for Blu XPerience, I did yesterday (link to follow) I had to make some new images. As I had to start a test flight from Brussels to New York anyway I decided to share some images of me setting up this flight.
First some images of the cockpit modeling. They are made from my 5120x1440 screen (I could not recommend this more to people who are into sims, your eyes are made for a landscape view), so they are widescreen. Click and click again to see full detail.
A lot of the work to prepare for a flight is done via the EFB of course.
The guys at Blue Games were also very interested in our e-Manual, and right they are, it is pretty important we believe a paper (duh PDF) manual is not what is needed at this moment. While we will provide an old-style manual, the e-Manual is where you want to start. It simply makes it easier. Text, sounds, images, video, it is all there.
Note it is NOT just checklists but also flows. And flows are WAY more important. Flows are what you do, Checklists check if it has been done.
---------------
Norman and Caleb of Blu XPerience are seriously nice guys, could not recommend their channel more. They have a relaxed attitude towards simulations which I think is key to enjoying it.

When the interview is up I will add a link.

Hello, would like to know if MSFS iniBuilds A310 CDU will be supported?
-
Willing to buy X-Plane 12 and this thread is very helpful.
My question is - does X-Plane 12 need any "environment" enhancements? I mean external cloud, sky textures, etc.? I know that LR made huge improvement over XP11 but how it looks in practice? Sorry for comparison, but MSFS looks great by default (I mean atmospheric area), is it a case in XP12?

Is MSFS A310 supported for FMC?

Basically you can load flights using autosave function (for example FSUIPC or Volanta Premium)
HOWEVER - whether the autosave function will work properly and will load the latest panel state fully depends on the aircraft developer. As far I am aware (for airliners) only PMDG has this feature 100% working

I am flying mainly airliners, having following ones:
- PMDG 737 all versions
- Fenix A320
- FBW A320
- Leonardo MD 80 family
- JustFlight BAE 146
- iniBuilds A310
- iniBuilds A225
- Aerosoft CRJ
We are having plenty aircrafts in development, but we have to wait for them. But we have some addons (payware and freeware), but the reviews are "mixed", I mean following aircrafts:
- Salty 747-8
- HeavyDivisionMod 787
- Headwind A330 Neo
- FSS Embraer 175
- RHDSimulations 767-300ER
- SkySimulations MD-11
Question for you (maybe someone has experience) - which aircrafts from list above are "descent" - I mean you can do full flight from A->B without major issues?
-
In some way controversial person, but on the other hand one of the most influential person in Flight Sim Community. Thanks to the these type of Simmers (who were/are also Twitch Streamers/Content creators) our hobby is still alive and grown rapidly during last years. Matt always will be remembered

Small update from Mathijs re pricing:
QuoteWe have not yet set the price, will not be 60 Euro though.
He also stated that Aircraft is ~90% complete, so hopefully the release is sooner than later. I hope Q2 release is possible

JustFlight BAE 146 has fully interactive checklist

48 minutes ago, Bill A said:Hi guys this can be deleted if it's not allowed however what is the best place to put a couple manuals that I got from real Boeing 737s for sale since they are just sitting in my office doing nothing. I figured you're posting here would be the best place since I'm sure a lot of folks would be interested in something like this.
Took some pics of different manual I have.
The standard site to sell such things is ebay

I am looking for the universal EFB kind of app. Of course for major Airliners, apart of PMDG we have EFB. However each native EFB has its pros and cons. Some of them have Navigraph integration, Simbrief OFP, checklists, etc . - some of them has not.
My question is - is there any “universal” EFB app I can use for all airliners? The best example of this kind of app (however only for X-Plane) is AviTab - is there something similar for MSFS?
-
I have question re Embraer. It is more than 1 month since the release. FSS presented kind of roadmap of the bug fixes/new features.
For ppl who own this aircraft, do you feel the good progress was made in the past month and there are good prospects for the future? Or it feels like FSS promised a lot of things and the development goes not as quick as they promised?
