Recently, 4 days ago, I re-ordered a JS41 following a back-up disk failure. Payment went through as normal, an acknowledgement e-mail came through with the confirmation link which gave an error. Not a problem I thought, get in touch via the website. After sending 3 e-mails I have not received any response at all. Does anyone know if there is a problem here with PMDG, because at the moment I am out of pocket and lacking a JS41.
