October 22, 201411 yr Recently, 4 days ago, I re-ordered a JS41 following a back-up disk failure. Payment went through as normal, an acknowledgement e-mail came through with the confirmation link which gave an error. Not a problem I thought, get in touch via the website. After sending 3 e-mails I have not received any response at all. Does anyone know if there is a problem here with PMDG, because at the moment I am out of pocket and lacking a JS41.
October 22, 201411 yr I don't think you can contact PMDG support via email. You have to generate a ticket. If you purchased an extended download service, you have to ask them via a support ticket to re activate your URL for that product. I just re downloaded one of their products a few days ago and the link in the email gave me an error, but when I went to my account at PMDG and went to the product I wanted, the URL was activated for 30 days, so if this is the case with you, check your account. October 22, 201411 yr Indeed, they haven't done email support in, literally, years. File a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com an they'll help you out. Please note: You need a separate account for the Support Portal. The one you use on AVSIM, or the one you used in the PMDG Web Store, won't work. Name available upon request
