  1. All good ....its all a learning experience for all of us. Im sure theres things i dont know about the bird still. I keep getting activation error so i hope i can get it going soon!!
  2. Did you turn on the APU? The ground power doesn't generate enough power to start the engines, therefor you need to start the APU in order to start the engines. As tumtiddle has said above... Wrong. IRL the APU is not needed. Neither is the bleed air. The Q400 has electric starters. GPU is sufficient for start considering you are using the right voltage/current.
  3. Hi, After successfully making the transition to DX10 i did a flight in which the airport had light snow. The snow looked very bright and seemed to make a radius on the ground just outside the cockpit when i was looking out. My question is, is the snow supposed to be so bright and white? Because it looks way different than snow in DX9. Im not at home right now so i cant provide a screenshot. As soon as im able to i will so you know what i mean better. Thank you!!! Alejandro.

  5. Hi all, I just finished a full clean install of fsx and all my addons and also switched to DX10. All my aircraft work but when i fly the turbine duke and i try using the garmin 530w by reality xp it doesnt even turn on. if i bring up the gps window then it just shows whatever is in front of the plane on the gps display. Anybody experiment with dx10 and reality xp? thanks in advance Alejandro.
