Hi, I have a problem with EZdok in connection with the A2A Spitfire and looking for help. Of course, I already asked in the the A2A Spitfire forum as well as the EZdok support forum but unfortunately nobody replied so far, so I thought I would give it another shot. So, here comes my problem: When I set up different views (PTP) and try them out in windowedmode, the transition is really nice and smooth. But as soon as I un-pause the game and come back to fullscreen mode, the view jumps or stucks a bit each time I change it. I am experiencing these problems in the Spitfire only. If someone knows how to solve this I would be really thankful. Ole p.s. I´m not using Track IR.

Hello, I noticed that you can have a huge performance boost by lowering the EFIS refresh rates within the config. manager tool. Now I wonder what are the settings of other users here and what would be the lowest refresh rate before it becomes impracticable. Ahhhh, standby altimeter vibrator, right? Surprisingly I didn't notice it up to todays flight:/ So, I understand it's normal, even during flight? It's really loud and can be annoying. Wonder how pilots deal with it in real live?!

Hello, I have a problem and I am not sure if it may be caused due to a bad setting I made or if I might forgot something to set something in the cockpit. There are these 'click' or 'clatter' sounds from the batteries once you switch on the batteries after cold and dark state and those should usually disappear after starting the engines and turning on the generator switches. Since today these sounds are there throughout the whole flight, until I switch of the batteries again. A few days ago I didn´t have this problem. Does anyone know what could cause this problem? Does it have a big impact on the frames in comparison to the NGX?

I think I am gonna go with the Eaglesoft Citation X. I really like to look of the cockpit and for me, as I´m usually flying small, fast and low, it´s a nice compromise between general aviation and commercial aviation. I was a bit confused by the FSUIPC and "safe mode" installation posts on some forums, but I´ll give it a try;)

Hi, thanks for your comments. I really don´t mind paying for FSUIPC but so far I wasn´t aware of the fact that this is really needed. My addons, incl. aircraft, so far, worked without it. Guess I will get FSUIPC tonight then. I´m using WIN7 and I´m not going to change it soon. Anyone currently flying one of these planes? Frankly I´m pretty much interessted in the Eagle Citation X 2. Is it a good one?

I´m not sure which one I should get. (or any other alternative?!) Of what I read so far, you need to have a registered version of Flusipc installed (which I don´t have) and there may be problems when installing it to FSX.Those infos were quite old though, so maybe these problems has been patched out meanhwile. I´m looking for some more details in regards of the VCs, bugs, sim-depth etc. Thanks in advance!

It was a fresh cfg but I didn't know that I shouldn't change anything in the fsx graphic settings (in-game) So, basically I didn't change the cfg but just adjusted some settings 'in-game', like fps lock etc. Should I run a test with a new cfg and without any changes in the 'in-game' graphic settings? Will furthermore try to change TBM. Oh, and thanks Matt, I'll give it a shot!

Just tested it again with a fresh cfg and had stabile 30 fps (locked) in an not urban area in the FTX Europe scenery. (Without tweaking) Guess it would even go higher without locking the fps. But the picture was really "troubled and shaky" though. Lot´s of small stutters. After Word Not Allowed´s tweaks it´s going really smooth except the stutters when turning. I am only flying in: FTX Europe FTX AU SP4 FTX New Zealand North & South I am having the same problem in all sceneries, however it is worse in the New Zealand North and South sceneries. Just using 4 planes: A2A P51 Civ with Accusim Realair Legacy Lotus L39 Milviz T38 all 4 with Accufeel v. 2 REX Essentials & OD No traffic or other addons. All of them have the same stutters when turning. Going straight is always pretty smooth. Thank you and regards!

HT is already disabled. I forgot to mention this. When I start with a fresh cfg. my fps are around 17. With the above posted cfg (Word Not Allowed) I get the 30 fps locked but stutters when turning :(

Hello, unfortunately most of your answers got lost when the forum was re-installed. Meanwhile I tried several things, started again with a fresh cfg and applied Word Not Allowed´s tweaks again. Still I have the problem with stutters while turning. Some of you wrote that this might be a buffer issue but I wasn´t able to apply your advices before the reinstall of the forum was performed. Hello to the Avsim Community, I didn´t know if I should/could open a new topic as I know there are many topics covering similar issues. But the thing is that I tried to sort out my problem by reading all those topics and applying the hints given to the people with stutter problems and it didn´t really sort out my problems. So, I thought maybe I forgot something/ did something wrong and meanwhile I can´t really see the trees through the forest. I have a stutter problem, mostly when turning and somtimes when going straight and looking at the secenery over the wings . My FPS are constantly at 29 to 30. I followed Word Not Allowed´s tweaks, as you can see in my cfg. The nvidia inspector seetings are exactly like proposed by Word Not Allowed. The results after tweaking are really nice (thank you thank you thank you, Word Not Allowed!) and I´m quite happy but the stutter problem makes the overall experience a bit disapointing, expecially as I thought my system should be able to handle it better :( Is there maybe something I missed?
