Thanks for all your help. This morning, for no reason that I can explain, I now have traffic showing in P3D ! Ray, I have run BGL report but I'm not really understanding what its showing me. Lots of Traffic File listings, some highlighted in grey, yellow and pink. Some with a tick "Has Warnings", some tick "Has Errors". In Errors and Warnings field I have a red text saying Missing Aircraft AIGAIM_1010 Aviation Embraer Phenom 300 Likewise, Stats Global lists a lot of stuff, but I have no idea how to understand its significance. Ian, Yes FSUIPC v7 is running Rein, Yes I have TC running.it auto starts with P3DStatus is Green, 'Up and Running' - Activity Level slider set 100% Settings points to correct AIGAIM - OCI location.

Hello, I'm desperatly looking for some guidance with my unsuccesful install of AI into my P3D v5 My simulator is installed on Drive C I have installed AIGTech - Ai Manager on Drive D - in a folder called AIG_AIManager_1.2.0.0 - Everything in there looks the same as in Youtube Tutorials I've been watching. I have an AIGAIM - OCI folder in there with a sub folder SimObjects and lots of bgl aircraft models in there eg AIGAIM_B757-200_RR etc etc In the same AIGAIM - OCI folder there with a Traffic Files > scenery folder with lots of content eg Traffic_AIGAerLingus_Summer_2019.bgl etc etc AI-Manager when launcheed displays content under Flight Plans. AI Companion is pointed to the above described aircraft folder and Traffic folder locations correctly. It correctly points to P3D at location C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5 It's conncting to the sim ok because when I launch the sim it changes to ON in the top left switch and if I pause P3D, AI Companion also pauses. No content appears in the AI Companion main panel and when I run P3D, Ai Companion connects to P3D, but says 0Airports and 0 ASircraft. and no AI is injected into the sim.. I have tried using AIGTech Traffic Controller, but I'm having no more success with that. I have screen grabs of all of the above but not the skill to insert them here I'm afraid so apologies for my attempt at description of a lot of stuff 😞 Anyone able to offer advice please? Ok, for those still following along at home...... here is an update. Turns out that my below scenery problem only occurs when I first set up and load from the FSX Free Flight menu screen. Any aircraft, any destination scenery, time or season. If I then exit from the airport when I have loaded sub-scenery and then re- load the exact same situation immediately from the FSX Free Flight screen as before, the problem disappears!!? Hows that for weird? Andrew

Thanks to everyone who is responding. Recently Added: FSLA320X - didnt notice the problem. Since loaded ORBX Germany North, MalagaX and ValenciaX. I have ORBX Vector and notice in the manual that it warns that the installer places it in a very specific place in the library. I havent changed anything, but looking at my FSX Scenery Library, i notice that of the 5 library entries: FTX_VECTOR_AEC FTX_VECTOR_APT FTX_VECTOR_CVX FTX_VECTOR_EXX FTX_VECTOR_OBJ one of them is seperate and lower in the library below all the FSX Base items and Default Scenery. Thats: FTX_VECTOR_AEC Could that be a problem? Im creating some screen shots. Thanks Andrew

Thanks for responding Mark, Not knowingly. How would I do that? What's strange is my saved flights load above ground ok. It's loading an aircraft?location/time?weather fresh from the FSX screen that results in the problem..... Andrew

Hello Has anyone experienced this and could you advise please. My FSX Acc system has been fine for 4 years, but suddenly I'm finding that when I load any aircraft at any airport it loads partially submerged below the scenery. This is not specific to any brand of airport addon scenery. They all were fine but now all behave the same. This doesn't apply though if i load a saved flight. Also, recently purchased Aerosoft scenery, MalagaX & ValenciaX for example now has floating buildings. Any ideas please? Thanks in anticipation Andrew

Hello, I would appreciate some kind advice please, as I have been trying to get help from Flight One and frustratingly, support response times are 24 hours plus between emails. This problem popped out of the blue this week. I was advised by UT2 support to seek the UTii.DLL in my anti virus software (Microsoft Security Essentials on Windows 7 in my case). While looking there for UTii.DLL unsuccessfully, I discovered Trojan:win32/dynammer!ac in quarantine history, flagged as a 'Serious Risk' and so promptly deleted it. I subsequently discovered from a UT2 forum post that apparently UTii.DLL was in my MS Security Essentials quarantine history after all - but it was apparently called Trojan:win32/dynammer!ac !! Unfortunately, I was told to look for UTii.DLL in Quarantine not Trojan:win32/dynammer!acwas, so as a result of my precipitous (if perhaps excusable) action, for me UTii.DLL is now lost. In light of the absence of a timely response from UT2 support, any advice on how I can recover this situation would be much appreciated please? I have Googled any way to recover the deletion, but without success. Does this mean a re-install - any alternative? Thanks for your advice in hopeful anticipation. Andrew

Hello Frank Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you mean by your question. If you are asking if I have used Shift+2 to call up the 2D Garmin 430 or any other 2D Com panel, then the answer is no. I dont use the 2D panels. I simply start FSX with the default Trike showing in the window, switch aircraft to the F33, load the F33 flight, still at Friday Harbor, switch on the battery, start up the aircraft, turn on the Avionics Master switch to the left of the G430 in the V cockpit and bingo, the morse beeping starts. Only way to stop it is to turn off the Avionics Master again.Changing/switching frequencies or turning off the G430 unit with its power switch makes no difference. Makes no sense?! Apologies if I have miss-understood your question. Andrew

Hello, Getting to grips with the F33 as a new user but have a persistent problem. I can't stop the ident morse code audio playing, by changing frequencies or even when the Com radios are switched off. The only thing that stops it is turning off the master avionics switch. It must be something I'm doing wrong, since no one else is complaining about this in the forum and for sure everyone is not flying around with that going on in the background. Please could someone make a suggestion as to how I should turn this off. Thanks in hopeful anticipation Andrew

Hello, I have just installed the Carenado F33 Bonanza and am having a few minor problems right away.Any advice received would be very much appreciated. My initial problems are: No Beacon displayed on tail when it is switched on. No luggage shown when selected, but chocks etc do show. Thanks to Ben Weston's help, the answer is simple and as follows: 1. "Download Vimeo app to iPad. Locate the cadet content and select to view Offline (Little down arrow top right corner of playing movie). Will take a while to download each movie but it works fine. To check that each is downloading touch the Airline2Sim title under each video which will take you to all the movies and a blue progress bar and % indicator will tell you how its going." or 2. "It's possible to download the films from the course content onto your PC/Mac and then add them via iTunes to your iTunes library, (File/Add File to Library/ Select the movies from the download folder on PC/Mac) sync up iTunes on the PC and Pad and they should be available to watch offline, provided you have enough space on your iPad. It's a bit long-winded but it should work." It does! I have both Cadet and First officer. Cadet is saved as (1) above and FO is saved bu (2) in my case. Itunes content will be under the Videos icon on your iPad under Home videos tab. Hope this helps Andrew

Thanks Pete I did see the FAQ but felt it was ambiguous and seemed to suggest it depended where it was purchased. In any event, the main thrust of my question is: Is it possible to watch the First Officer series on an iPad when offline? I.e. Can it be downloaded to that device - I'v tried the download, mobile, SD and HD tabs on the Airline2sim site, which work fine on my PC but they doesn't seem to work on the iPad. Vimeo provide an 'offline viewing' option, but I can't see anything like it on the Airline2sim site. Thanks to anyone who can help in anticipation as A2s's Contact Us email is still not working. Please advise. I have purchased the Q400 Cadet and First Officer programs. I can log onto the Airline2sim website and view the First Officer content. Attempting to view the Cadet content however, the Airline2sim site says I have to purchase it which I already did. If I log onto Vimeo's website however, I can view the Cadet content. I don't understand this? I'm sure that I purchased both through Airline2sim, but as no 'Account /Purchases' option exists, its hard to tell? Secondly I will be traveling with an iPad soon and not able to connect to the Internet. I have downloaded both programs to my home PC but on this occasion would like to view both programs offline on the iPad. How do I do this please? Thanks for your advice in anticipation P.S. Hello Please could someone kindly assist. The readouts in the center pedestal displays of the PMDG NGX, e.g.Nav, Radio etc are very dim and I cannot find a dim/brightness knob to adjust this anywhere. i have seen a youtube video from PMDG that suggests its one of two knobs at the rear left of the center pedestal, but these seem to make no difference when I turn themthem. I'm using Win7, FSX in DX10 with Adams Fixer if that makes a difference? Thanks in anticipation Andrew

UPDATE; I have downloaded successfully by turning off Internet Download Manager and using the Google Chrome browser. Worked fine. Suggest you give that a try Will. It's something to do with IDM starting too many consecutive downloads and that trips Aerosoft's server over its allowed consecutive downloads for a single account. First time IDM has presented this problem for me, normally it's the best way to download successfully. The 'live and learn something new every day' journey that is FSX ! Thanks everyone. Andrew

Thanks for your responses. I haven't tried downloading via the browser, but currently I'm in the "key rejected" phase of the loop so can't try it until they re-set me again. I have reported it repeatedly to their support team and been in dialog by email over recent days as I have been around and around this loop. Internet Download Manger has always been the best route to download in the past. Just feeling lonely I guess in the absence of a satisfactory outcome from them and asking myself "Am I the only person with this problem? Wish I had downloaded direct from PMDG and not purchased boxed. Updating Boxed purchases is a nightmare!

Has anyone had any success downloading VERSION v1.10.7025 from Aerosoft's Support Database site please? Whenever I try, the site requests my box registration key, which it at first accepts, then the download commences( using Internet Download Manager) . This download process hangs repeatedly, mid process. When I try to re start the process, the Aerosoft site won't accept my product key any more. I contact their support. Their support department re-sets the key, it works fine again, the download fails mid process again and the key is not accepted again! Then round we go again, and again.... Anyone else seeing this behavior or is it me? Thanks in anticipation Andrew

Can anyone please advise on some strange behavior I am seeing. I am running FSX Acc on Windows 7 with the PMDG NGX latest 1D release installed. Everything appears fine for a while during my pre flight flows, then for no reason that I can identify, my keyboard key assignment stop responding. For example, Alt+Rtn no longer switches between windowed and full screen - though I can still do this ok via the drop-down. The Ctrl+F12 Ground Services X menu call-up which starts out fine, stops responding, though likewise its fine via the drop-down. The arrow mouse pointer changes to a hand icon when I press the above keys with an index finger beckoning animation. I use EZDOC and the key assignments for that continue to work fine. At one point I thought this behavior was occurring after entering data into the FMC, but that behavior appears to be co-incidental. Any suggestions much appreciated.......
