  1. First off, please don't tell me I need to use another Flight Sim or anything else, just read the WHOLE question :-) Thanks! I am designing a custom-built PC for FSX and currently have the following: ASUSTeK ASUS COMPUTER P8P67 Pro MotherBoard GeForce GT520 (FSX relies mostly on CPU) 466GB Seagate ST350041 8AS SCSI Disk Device (ATA) HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH60N SCSI CdRom Device Realtek High Definition Audio 4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 535MHz (7-7-7-20) Windows 8 PRO Diablotek DA Series PSDA600 600W ATX12V v2.2 Power Supply Intel i5 2500K Computer Case Does Win7 Home Premium or Ultimate work better for FSX than Windows 8? I used to play FSX on my old PC and it worked fine on Win7 but DOES NOT work on Win8 ?! I will try to overclock to 4.8gHz, but what .CFG tweaks do I need to get the best out of my PC? I only use this PC for FSX as a training tool; I need it to be realistic as possible with an outstanding framerate. I am using it as a training tool for my Private Pilot's license when outside of flying the Cessna 150 and to train for my Private Pilot's license, when I leave next year to a study-abroad program to Germany for a year, my junior year in high-school. Please help and best of luck to all the pilots looking at this forum; I posted it in aviation, since I know many pilots who play on FSX. (:
