  1. I am having this same "issue" no further issues present neither in stats nor in any system-specific indication screen..
  2. I just guesstimated it, but by looking at the rate people are receiving their keys and the mount of people still asking for help I'd say it's probably because the server got rushed and the links never got sent even though payment was successfully made ^_^ Glad to see so many posts of people with their links now in their inbox though :lol:
  3. If they charged you money then make sure you do send a ticket. If nothing's been charged try and re-purchase (DOUBLE CHECK, because I don't want to get blamed for double charges here )
  4. Create a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/ and they'll get on it asap
  5. My order history gives me a blank box in regards to the download as does my email inbox. Don't assume things that easily. There have been people (including me) that got no download information, neither in the email nor on the order page
  6. For the people yelling about them not acting on the spot on forum posts, take a look at the order numbers and assume they had the problem for about 75% of the people if not more. We're talking hundreds of potential "linkless" accounts that all want fixing. Submit your ticket, be patient.
