    I'm sitting on Windows 8 x64 without 8.1 update. No problems with Traffic 360 here so i guess it should work with 8.1 too.

    Sorry, my mistake... I should stop reading posts in work... I didn't try to use UTX vector features for europe and rest of world from ORBX... i decided to use only UTX Landclass.

    I'm using UTX Europe and ORBX Vector without problems. Just disable in UTX configuration tool all vector features and move ORBX Vector above UTX in scenery library.
