This is what PMDG said about the Performance section of the FCOMv1 (copied from PMDG 777 introduction.pdf): "Performance: This chapter contains all of the published performance data that is available for the 777 type airplane. If you like to go through the mental exercise of planning your own flights down to the last detail, this chapter will give you everything you need! (Note: The performance data for reduced thrust engine types is not published, and therefor is not available. All of the data currently available is included in this chapter.)" The data that you are looking for might be unavailable.

Those tables are in FCOMv1 chapter Performance dispatch. Page 421 of FCOMv1 is the Table of Contents for the Performance Dispatch chapter for the 777-200LR and Page 471 for 777F. From page >421 and >471 you will be able to find the correct tables

You could try using the Performance Dispatch Enroute Chapter of the FCOMv1 for your fuel calculations.
