    Hi Chuck, The reason for this is that part of the SID is the 360 vector. A vector is open-ended. ATC will let you off the vector when it's safe for you to resume your own navigation to THOMM. Anytime you see "Vector" there will be a form of discontinuity. Hope that helps. Cheers Ray
