To all, thanks for your help. I finally solved the issue which was mainly due to my inexperience with this amazing addon

Umberto, I am using the GSX cathering trucks in all airports where I am flying. However, with the Klas airport, Gsx cathering trucks do not trigger door opening and the only way to have cathering truck animation is to open the doors manually in PMDG Fs actions. I was wondering why this situation was appearing since all other airports with the same PMDG plane are ok?

First, thaks for your answer! I went into the Appdata>Roaming>virtuali folder where I have a few sub-folders (GSX,PackagesCache and UpdateCache sub-folders) and files. I then opened the GSX folder where I had the MSFS sub-folder and it was empty. I suppose that is where profiles would be stored and it is empty. I didn't find any aircraft folder or something close to it. Sorry for my limited knowledge on that kind of issue. Is there something else I should do? BTW, I am still confused about the fact that the 737-900 works normally at other airports but not KLAS. If door opening is bound to aircraft profile and I am using the same aircraft in KLAS, why is it not working as in other airports?

When using the Cathering option from the GSX Pro menu, the two right doors are opening automatically to all airports I have tried except for KLAS .At this airport, cathering trucks are static and waiting for me to open the doors in the PMDG menu. On the other airports I tried like KBOS and KIAD, doors will open and close automatically when trucks arrive and depart. My airplane: PMDG 737-900ER I deleted the KLAS profile that was in the AppData\Roaming\virtuali\GSX\MSFS KBOS is the third party scenary from FLYTAMPA I am really wondering what I am doing wrong! Help will be appreciated

I am sure that for many experts in this forum, my problem was basic but I am not an expert so I continued to search for the solution and found it. It was all related to the font size of my display. On initial download, the size was 6 and was too small for my eyes so I changed it for 10. Doing so kept the longer lists attached to Userwaypoints and themes to switch automatically to my main monitor where vertical space was not an issue! I brought back the font size to 9 in LNM on second monitor and now all is perfect! I am posting here my issue to make sure that if someone else has a similar issue, he/she will benefit Regards

I have been renewing with this wonderful app and want to make it my preferred choice for MSFS usage. For the last few days, I have been looking at YT videos and playing around the menus and icons of the app. I also installed Google Maps which I like very much. Everything is working fine except for the Map Theme and Projection icon and the Userpoint for display icon. When I clicked on one of these 2 icons, the drop down lists appear on my main monitor eventough the LNM app opens correctly on my second monitor because I moved it there (so I can keep an eye on my plane when flying my plane in MSFS which runs on my main monitor) Can someone help me in fixing this problem? Main monitor is 28" UHD, 4k, 3840*2160, 60hz Second monitor is 25", 1920*1080,

Hi Dave; I just bought Active Sky and was able to direct Pilo2ATC to the appropriate weather folder. I have checked a few Airports Metars info between ASXP and Pilot2ATC and was very happy to see that metars are really very close to each other. However, I noticed that for the same time of day, the Pilot2Atc only difference is with wind direction which can be sligtly over or under the AS data. ex: CYYZ:+10 CYUL +15 KSEA -16 Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Got it following VERY good advice Problem solved at 90% I am left with Kilo that once in a while comes back as Q! BTW, I just want to thank you for excellent client support.

I can launch the Pilot2Atc Language trainer but when I hit any of the two "Train" buttons, nothing happens. Since English is not my first language, I clicked the option "Recognize non-native accents for this language.

I am practicing with the grammar helper and notice that many ICAO are not recognized correctly. I first tought it was my headphone mic not working correctly and bought a high end quality headset. Unfortunately, this did not solved the problem. As an example, when I read "Say weather at KSLC for <Callsign>, the Practice speech window will show Q instead of Kilo on many occasions. The same thing happens for many other letters (Echo, Hotel,etc) Am I missing something here ?

Seems to be a battery issue. I recharged trought the Maintenaqnce report and everything ok now eventough the GTN's were usable with a discharged battery
