    Noble Air has a good tutorial in PDF that takes you from cold and dark at Houston to Los Angeles and explains why the flight crew selects switch positions. http://www.nobleair.net/library/manuals/737NGX_Tutorial.pdf I have not flown it yet but to me it is a valuable learning tool. Trub
