This company? Reality XP is the most difficult to deal with. So many road blocks put up to discourage asking for help. Posts ignored. Money taken but that's the end. Here is your GTN 750, good luck finding help after that. I'm not a computer slouch, been involved with them since the 80's but I'll be dammed if this is anyway near what I call product support. Maybe someone at Reality XP read this and link me to your "support" page???? ALL I WANT is the GTN 750 - UTILITIES - CHECKLIST ICON. I can figure out the rest myself. It's NOT there, so now what? Hello All, I’ve extracted some checklist files from Reality’s zip file and put one for the C172 in my aircraft dir but it just doesn’t show up when I go to the Utilities Group. According to their manual I should see a menu item there for the checklist. So what am I missing here? I’ve done everything per manual. Is this a bug? Thanks for your input

Hello Simmers, I have the RWDesign Twin Otter Ver 2 & it says GTH750 ready with a GTN750.ini file. Problem is there is no information on incorporating this into the 3D cockpit? Has anyone done this? RWDesign is of no help and no documentation. Thanks

How in the world can I purchase the GTN650 after buying the GTN750? Seems every way I try is useless. The ecommerse thing doesn't seem to work? Can't seem to buy direct from XP Reality. Nothing is made easy. Geeze one would think a company would want to sell their stuff and make it easy to purchase. Doesn't seem that way. So where am I going wrong here????

Help.... Have the installed GTN750 on the default XP11 Cessna 72 but it doesn't power up? All I have is a dark screen. All other default gauges are fine. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.
