Hi hope some one can help I think I may be a little thick , my V.A FMC has worked faultlessly until a few days ago , now when I try to connect to FSX it tells me that it cannot validate the license , HELP please many thanks to all lonewolf45

A great many thanks to all those that take the time to read my post . A week ago I sadly had a major pc meltdown all my own stupid fault as I built the pc I should have know better . My problem is that even though I had backed every thing up I still had to buy a new copy of PMDG 737NGX so as to start over again no problem there when I tried to install to FSX that's when I hit a snag I believe that I seem to be missing the install wizard the software is there and I installed to FSX but that's as far as it will go I think I must be doing something wrong but it will not load into sim object as a aircraft but just a folder it did briefly but all the cockpit instruments failed to operate . just black screens . can some one please tell me where or what I have done or gone wrong . I have been lost without my 737ngx 777200lrf //300 any help will be gratefully acknowledged lonewolf (email removed) Victor Pilkington

Hi many thanks again for your reply it helps a lot to know that when you are new to something there are guys like yourself on hand to offer help and advice when needed , yes I discovered that info myself after I sent the post but again back to my problem with the OPC or though it shows up on my start menu when I open the folder it cant be found on the HD or any of my HD/SSHD and as I said as all of my sim programs are all on a separate disc and I have not deleted any programs from that drive I am at a total loss I am still waiting for a reply from PM as to my next step ,its a real shame as I really love the product and would like to build my 777 fleet up . my best regards to you and many thanks to you for the time you have taken in replying to a newbie Victor AP

Hi Pete thank you for your reply yes you are correct it does indeed reside in my start menu along with the PMDG program but when open the PMDG folder the aircraft are there as is the operation center and the operation center update its when I open the folder it cannot be found , all of my flight sim programs reside on a separate disc this is what I have been advised to do so all of my flight simm programs no matter what they are all go on this disc ,also since I have had the PMDG 737-777 range I have not deleted anything from my flight sim disc I have also checked every program folder on all of my discs just to see if it was anywhere on my desktop but it does not seem to anywhere , I tried to reload the program but because of the time limit PM give you no luck , as I am new to all of this am I correct in assuming that the OPC is supplied within the 737 range ? again many thanks for your reply Victor AP

Hi to all read my post I have all of the PMDG Boeing 737ngx + 777 though I don't seem to have any problems in downloading new liveries for the 737 range when it came to download new liveries for the 777 I found that I don't seem to have the operations center any where on my desktop pc over the last week or so I have contacted Presisionmanuals on 2 occasions and had a response telling me that they would contact me soon I am still waiting and or though I think that the PMDG 737-777 are excellent and for me worth every penny I do think that their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired yes I know that we can all ###### about all and everything but I am still new to this wonderful hobby of ours but I can also understand how some guys and girls can and do lose heart and give it all up because they believe that they are not getting the backup that their hard earned money that they have just parted with does not the same level of excellence that the product has . just like we have your money now bugger off your on your own yes I also know that there are those out there that think they have the right to say well that's what these forums are for yes there is some truth in what they say but surly the first in the firing line should be those that produce the product or at 69 yrs. am I being a little naïve . sorry for going on if there is any one who may have the answer to my dilemma I would be most grateful many thanks to all . Hi both Rick and Dan for their comments thanks Rick yes I have checked the all Variants box but too no avail. thanks Dan I have not tried as you suggested as yet, but that's the next thing on my list I will let you know how I fair. As I am new to this wonderful hobby of ours I would like to thank all who find the time to read my post and the words of wisdom you come up with, it is very reassuring to know that there is always some one out there who will take the time to lend a helping hand to those as myself who at the beginning of our flight sim life may struggle somewhat, thanks to you all . victor Pilkington.

Hi can anyone advice me as to what to do ? I have the PMDG 737 600 through to the 900 and all was well until my desktop had a really bad day I thought that I had sorted everything out but now when I am running FSX or though the PMDG aircraft seem to be in the flight sim aircraft file they don't show up in the list of aircraft in the choice of aircraft when you want to change from say the default 737 to the PMDG 737ng they just don't show up in the list . can some one please tell me what I have done wrong or messed up my most sincere thanks to all who read my post and even more to those that try to help me many thanks

Hi to all that read my post I really need some advice concerning a none working curser when using PMDG aircraft in FSX. the curser works fine with all of the FSX aircraft its just when I try and fly the PMDG aircraft . this problem only happened after I downloaded some new software which is FIX IT UTILITYS REGISTRY CLEANER I have used this product for a number of years and have never had an issue with it before but just to be on the safe side I took the program off and restored my pc back to the day before to a time I knew that everything was working fine but I am still having the same problem ,also I have lost the ability to drag & drop , if any one can help me with this /these problems I would be eternally grateful many thanks to all Lone Wolf

Hi to all I am a new comer to the forum and really need some help I am also new to running PMDG 737ngx I am really bowled over by to me this wonderful product every thing was running fine until early today when my curser just stopped doing anything it would not work anything on any of my PMDG aircraft but is fine on all the FSX aircraft also I seemed to have lost the ability to drag & drop if there is any one with any sort of help or advice I will be most grateful many thanks for reading this post lonewlf45
