Hi,
firstly I realise the last post to this thread is almost 3 years old but I wish to share my fix for EGCC.
Having very recently got back in to simming and plumped for FSX:SE, I have had a multitude of questions that needed answering and joining AVSIM has been a complete Godsend.
This however is my first post as prior to this the wealth and depth of knowledge throughout these forums has not necessitated my interaction as just through searching I found all my answers.
In light of this I though it about time that I gave a little back.

The other day while trying to get my head around using an FMC in the PMDG747 I was following this YouTube tutorial.
The creator of the tutorial was flying from EGCC 05R to EGLL 27R.
Straight away I hit a snag because when I loaded FSX and attempted to start at EGCC, the runway options I had available were 06R&L & 24R&L, not 05 as in the video.
I know that I had the latest AIRAC 1506 DB loaded and put two & two together to conclude that the data built in to FSX itself was out of date.
A quick Google later provided this thread.
I downloaded a freeware application called FSX Planner & set about altering the EGCC bgl file.
I have now changed all original pointers for 06L to 05L, 06R to 05R, 24L to 23L & 24R to 23R.
This includes runway markings, start points, taxiways, ILS, navaids & approaches etc...

It took me a little bit of fiddling to get the correct priority for the addon inside the Scenery Library as I have got ORBX installed but eventually found that it works perfectly located here:
Manchester EGCC [RWYS 05&23]
Anyway, here is the updated BGL file for anyone that wishes to have it.

Kind regards..,
