Is the F15 still in the pipe?

I am very fortunate to have been able to fly the DA62 (IRL). At first, I was a little weary for reasons I still can't put my finger on, started it up, took off, WOW. The rest of the community can have fun in the flight levels. We can happily stay down here; where the fun is 🙂 Thank you, Sean, for such a wonderful aircraft!

I hope this project is still up and running! Sean is a legend and this, from the looks of it, would be the first accurate version of the G1000 in sim!

I just want to clarify what I said, as the person who initially responded to me totally misrepresented what I was saying. He doesn't owe me anything, nor did I argue for that. I said it would be nice if we could have an update, maybe I should have implied or emphasized when he is able. Never mentioned him owing me anything, this crowd gets fired up easily...

Although I agree, it would be nice to just have an official update from the developer confirming the project is alive and what its status is

Am I the only one who has been consistently searching "Vertx DA62" for the past month frantically searching the internet for an update? 😉

I'm brand new to painting and I decided my first would be on the Alabeo C177. I finished my piant, then pasted it onto a blank hd layer (white kit) then put another white layer on top to create an HD texture. It looked fantastic in the paint kit, but it the sim it just comes out as a very odd dull Matte, i'd really like it shine like the other paints that come with the 177. I'm a real world pilot out of MYF, when my dad broke his neck eight years before this, I thought I would never step foot in a cockpit again. He worked for King Schools years prior and I tagged along with him in his occasional lunch runs in the 172. From the day I sat in the cockpit of a brand new 172sp my dad knew I had caught the bug. A while back I was bumming around my local airport thinking about how awesome it would be to take to the skies again; I took a liking to a particular 177 I always saw around the airport: N2988X. On this summer afternoon, I noticed the pilot wrapping up his flight. I let out a very enthusiastic "hello, gorgeous airplane." He invited me to come check it out. Something about sitting a cockpit once again re ignited the same feelings and affection I had for flying all those years back. I made a conscious choice to pursue that passion once again. He wrote down the number of his friend and flight instructor and well, the rest is history. I come to you mightiful gods of FSX paints bearing a request. I full well know the sturggles and pains of those who embark on such a joruney; painting an Alabeo/Carenado aircraft. But if any shall accept, you will have my gratitude ;).
