Hi, Well I disabled the Anti-virus and ensured I was running the Ops Centre as Admin and the error still appeared. There must be a reason for it. Lucas Gozzard.

Hi, Sometimes after having completed a flight of 3hrs or so or after a turn, I hear a ding sound that keeps going off constantly. I can't work out what it is or how to stop it. I thought it was the fuel low aural sound but I had above the fuel low limit of 900kg. Has anyone else heard this or know what it is? Thanks. Lucas Gozzard.

Hi, I started a flight today and all of a sudden I couldn't hear my F/O. He would still respond to my commands and prompts by actioning the appropriate items for that checklist but I couldn't hear him. I completed an audio test and I couldn't hear that test either. Hi, I've noticed in the 737 NGX, 777 and 747 QOS that, sometimes, when entering the gate number at which the plane is parked in the FMC it says NOT IN DATABASE. Is there a way to fix this or am I doing something wrong? Thanks. Lucas Gozzard.
