  1. Hello Captain,, I've read all topic inside "grand caravan for FSX" folder, but still didn't get answer. Would you happen please help me to share knowledge about flying caravan in real world and in FSX. I have seen many video on youtube regarding this plane (T/O, landing, climbing, descent, start engine, etc), why they keep propeller governor on high rpm almost all the time..?? When start engine, I'm already know why it should put on high/Max. If so, when did pilot adjusting propeller governor..?? I never fly this airplane in real world. But, I always pretend flying in FSX as in real world. Meaning, there is passenger behind me. Turbine rpm on 95% limited to 3~5mins (inertial separator = bypass) to avoid tear and wear on engine. So, when I just reach my cruise altitude, I then put turbine rpm down to 83~85% and prop governor down to 50%. This will reduce noise came from engine into cabin passenger. Increase fuel efficiency while keep maintain same airspeed (110~120kts). Captain...! B) Please share Ur knowledge with me.... Thanks & Regard. --Newbie-- :Big Grin:
  2. Thanks a lot, Captain..!! :Applause: Is there any document which show all knob function or explanation. I'm running Carenado Grand Caravan on FSX, when i'm hanging my cursor on knob (or switch, etc) it doesn't have any explanation. (example: inertial separator. I just know this knob from youtube. I just realize when looking closely to the Captain hang over his right hand over this knob, like get ready for something to be happen, while co-pilot hang over his left hand on throttle quadrant).
