Do you need a microphone/headset or is this menu control/mouse control/keyboard control or do you interact with the windows or what? No information on the requirements page or anywhere else.

Got it. I have bought more than a couple perfect flight products for both fs2004 and fsx. Seems like something is always wrong or missing but i have found it relatively easy to modify or fix. For example all of their aircraft for fsx that are not default with basically just a different livery are dx9 so i just substitute my own add ons by opening their .flt file and pasting the title of my add on where it says sim=. The latest case being the captain sim 777 because they did not include the "features" zip file which would automatically do that. I got a really nice b717 from rikoooo.com to replace their invisible, non-existent b717 .mdl. the reason i do stuff like this is, after fixing, i find their products entertaining kind of like fscaptain and fspassengers.

bought their fsx missions - united airlines bundle pack - no "feature" to use the aircraft of your choice included, no user guide included. Bought their fsx missions delta 717-200. The .mdl file references a .mdl that is not included in the download so you have an invisible aircraft and an invisible vc - you fly the whole flight with the 2d panel and popup panels. contact support? - no response

in all fairness after doing some research on the internet i disabled my anti-virus and disconnected from the internet. apparently my stupid anti-virus was deleting the file WITHOUT telling me. the gauge did install and to be honest it is very nice especially for $5. i used it to replace the non-functioning MFD in an abacus product that didn't work because i couldn't register the product even though i bought it and had a valid registration key. i just don't understand why i can't get tech support for "cheaper" products from a number of companies - my money is as good as the "big spenders" money.

I bought their clearance priced glx-efis and have been unable to run the exe installer. Every time I try it says I do not have permission and the file deletes itself. Also there is no support for this product. Waste of my money.

Yep -it is not like the "other" autopilots. It seems if you try to adjust it more than a few degrees heading or pitch it goes wild and is basically unusable after that. Keyboard commands like ctrl+z seem to work though but when I press ctrl+z then the heading goes crazy :(
