yikes sorry to hear that. Here is what I have on my wish list - i7-10700k (i9 not available locally), Lian-Li LANCOOL II Mesh, Lian-Li Galahad 240 for front or perhaps if I go with an i7 I'll find an air cooler DH-15 or Be Quiet unit, a few extra fans for top/rear, Asus Strix Z490-E, 32gb-3600mhz (not confirmed which brand yet) and 850w Fully modular. I wonder how essential the i9 is? Quite an expense but if critical I'm willing to drive to get it. The Lian-Li case is also a ways away so either way I'm driving.

Good day sir! Hope you are doing well. I've recently been on the fence about getting P3D v5 and with MSFS not living up to my expectations (yet) I may still go that route. You had a forum post regarding the PBR not looking great with the NGXu. Have they fixed that yet? I'm still on the fence about the FSL A320 but I did pick up a used Logitech Extreme 3D the other day... a sign? All the best!
