  1. Thanks both of you, I’ll check the saitek radio panel and the air manager:) thank you
  2. Hi! I have a problem guarding my screens in my homecockpit. So first, let me explain: if you amagine sitting in a normal cockpit, I have a screen right in front of me for my displays, and one over for my exterior view. But the problem is: I can’t look to the sides, nor change other panels than my mip, reason being I do not have a mid panel to my right or an overhead (yet), now you are probably thinking: but Philip, you can just press A! Yes I can press a, but if I do then the monitor on top will change views, and I don’t want that to be changing views because that is my exterior view! So how can I do so if I press a, the monitor with the displays change view? One more question: my cockpit is not anywhere near a real cockpit, I don’t have any real cockpit parts and so on. But something I wonder, for those who are like me and not having a REAL cockpit at home. How do you type in your squawk code? Does these thing sell separately? And what is it even called? Squawk boxes? Squawk input device? Haha, you get what I mean at least. Thank you very much! I will be going to sleep now but I will be back when I wake up. (About 10 hours from now on. Best regards. Philip👌☺️😉
  3. Thank you but it all got fixed. Thank you for your help it helped! Thanks again.
  4. I use fsxse and I have windows 10, I use the saitek switch panel.
  5. Let me start by saying this: I have Linda version 3.07 and fsuipc 4.974, so it doesn’t have to do with updates. when I log into Linda and I press fsx sync, I can assign my switches to do different things, but those assignments doesn’t work on fsx and I know why; it is because Linda can’t connect to fsuipc. Please help. Thanks Philip
  6. what i mean is: can i use linda to make the switch panel signal three greens/three reds? sorry for bad explanations but my english is not that good/ i am from norway:)
  7. I think I found the reason (not fix), I used spadnext and that was what made all of the other functions work (gear up and so on) I uninstalled this and I can’t fly my plane with the switch panel. Because Linda and fsuipc/fsx doesn’t know each other if that makes sense... the only thing I am missing is a connection between fsuipc and Linda. When I get that working, everything should work. Do you know how?:) Another question: can I use Linda to have green and red lights with down and up gear? Thank you so much for your help.
  8. But still, doesn’t connect to fsuipc...
  9. Important question how do I disable the switch panels premade functions?
  10. But it also says that fsx and fsuipc is running...
  11. Nvm, I can’t take pictures for some reason, anyway, now it says fsuipc files not found and action required.
  12. It seems like Linda 3.08 exists but 3.07 exists and I have installed that, but I will show you what happens next.
  13. I do have fsuipc4 version 4.974 and I will try downloading latest Linda now 🙂 brb
  14. I think I understand, I actually got Linda working with Pmdg 737 but I didn’t quite understand what you meant with Linda 3.0, is this for fsuipc4? let me answer your questions: i had Linda 2.9.6 so that may be the reason. i have fully installed and registered version of fsuipc4 can you give me a link to install Linda 3.0 please?
  15. Hi, I have bought the saitek switch panel recently. But it doesn’t work to the pmdg 737 aircraft, so that is why I choose Linda. What I want to do is assigning the buttons on the switch panel to do something else, so for example I want the rotary knob on the left to be auto brake. I go to Linda, but there is no pmdg 737 available in the aircraft menu. So I went to my sim’s (fsxse) folder and clicked pmdg and found the aircraft, I copied it over to the Linda aircrafts folder and it showed up on the aircraft menu. I click on pmdg 737 but still it doesn’t work properly. Because when I try to click some buttons on the switch panel it doesn’t show up in Linda. The thing that is supposed to happen is that the button signals show up on Linda and I can choose what function I want that switch to be. Also, it won’t connect to fsuipc4. Please help, thanks. please say the info you want me to tell you in case I forgot something.
  16. okay, im glad i helped you out! I will just keep trying and hope for the best. btw, it wasnt me on the video though, it was just another guy with a great setup that i am trying to copy, (almost there) just need fsuipc to work.
  17. I have contacted pete dowson, and the reason why i think it is the 737s fault is because pete told me that i have to connect fsuipc to pmdg manually. The reason why i want to make mouse macros is because: see 9:47 to about 11:00.
  18. Hi, i think this problem has something to do with the aircraft so let’s get right on point! I have the pmdg737-800 and fsuipc4 and fsxse, I want to make mouse macros because I want to make an overhead panel for my home cockpit. The thing that SHOULD happen is that I click on a switch on the overhead in fsx and then it pops up a green bar with text where you can type in the name of the switch and afterwards you can combine this function to a keyboard key (keyboard overhead) and you live happy ever after...... but that doesnt happen to me, this is what happens:. I click on create mouse macros and I just hover over the switch I want to program the green bar on the top appears but the text is just flashing white and red, and if I then press the switch and try to write the name of the function, all that happens is that the letters I write pop up in 0,1 seconds but disappears right after. So basically, I can’t setup mouse macros. I really need help with this because I am planning on making a home cockpit and then i need to use fsuipc for assigning different switches to the fsxse switches. Another question: I have just bought the saitek switch panel, but this is designed for cessnas and doesn’t work on the Pmdg 738ngx. Can I use fsuipc to assign these switches to something else than the standard functions so I can use it for Pmdg? Thanks!
  19. Hi, i didnt know where to post this but I assume this is the correct one, if not, please just say.:) Now, my problem is this: when I create mouse macros it doesn’t work. The thing that happens is that when I just hover over the button the green bar on the top appears but the text is just flashing white and red, and if I then press the switch and try to write the name of the function, all that happens is that the letters I write pop up in 0,1 seconds but disappears right after. Can I use fsuipc to assign these switches to something else than the standard functions so I can use it for Pmdg? Thanks!
  20. Hi, i have just bought fsuipc and i gotta say: so far im not that impressed. I bump into problems all the time. And now, when I try to create mouse macros! The real problems begin. When I hover my mouse over a switch on the overhead panel the text in the green bar on the top starts flashing red and white. So I can’t type in my name of the fuction. However, if I just press the switch and I move my mouse, I can type. But now a new problem begins. I stop macro making and I type in what key I want for each function. I press confirm but when I afterwards go into the cockpit and test the macros. It doesn’t doanything, with other words...it doesnt work, please help!!
