Which ones in particular were the deal breakers? We will unfortunately not be able to fix the AP or Direct-To routing issues in the short term, as they require a full rewrite of the flight plan system and a fully custom autopilot setup, which we are actively pursuing, but it's a longer term item and a pretty large project. The AP porpoising is unfortunate totally unable to be solved except by Asobo, as the issues lie in the game code itself.

However, the tune page issues should be solved.

Hi Matt. Definetly where the plane will change in to ROL mode was a deal breaker. As follows I couldn't get it to go to the direct at all and ROL mode kept being activated but that might' have just been coincidence it wouldn't get back in to NAV.. Ever since I wasn't flying the CJ4 anymore.
Secondly, yeah, if the Direct-To to a Fix could get handled that would be nice. E.g at Vienna on Vatsim they sometimes give you a direct to fix WW672 before the IAF. It is not a major issue in comparison to the first we have been experiencing but never the less.

All by all, I'm really looking forward to all what is coming in 0.4
That will be a game changer for the flight dynamics when flying!

When you say 'our charts' what do you mean by that? Are you asking if it is possible to view charts on the MFD? If so, yes it is and we're exploring the best approach. There are a few challenges:

    1) I wonder how many people would actually use this capability given the sizing issues of the VC - I think most people are using a tablet or second monitor for this. But, if there's a lot of interest, we'd definitely be interested in knowing....

    2) It is fairly easy to load an image onto the MFD - so, for example, if you had a jpg or png image of a chart, it could be displayed without much difficulty, but I personally find that to be a frustrating process. The TFDi 717 had that option in their EFB and I never used it because it was too much work to get the charts I'd want into an image format and saved in the right folder BEFORE launching the sim...

    3) There is a Navigraph charts API that we've briefly discussed exploring, but can't say yet whether it could be integrated in with a menu system that is representative of how charts really work in the PL. Obviously this would require users to have a Navigraph charts subscription to work. This is how charts work in the EFB of the Aerosoft Airbus series in P3D (and maybe the Maddog?), but we haven't looked in any detail as to whether it could be implemented yet in MSFS.

I think many would like this feauture. Nowadays Navigraph is booming because of MSFS. Meaning more people have this, meaning more want to see this integrated in their favorite planes.

Gyazo is great for taking screenshots of things in a flick and then you could I believe just download it - copy & paste!

The sweet spot would be Navigraph incl the moving pink arrow! If you could do that, that would be really really cool. 😃

I'm looking forward in whatever your bringing to the next update(s).

  3. I'll record it next time for you when I'm about to enter the necessary variables on the APPROACH page.

About the fuel flow.. What I thought so! I understand, take your time.

There must be an issue that the FMC template does not like, such as displaying an undefined variable, so it will show the UNTITLED page.  Is it crashing when you go to PERF or APPROACH REF?

And 2100lb/hr is much too high fuel flow now.  You should be burning about 1200pph total.  We have fuel flow on our list but we currently don't have a good understanding of how Asobo is modeling the jet engine.  We are doing some research but also waiting more complete SDK documentation so we can properly address it.
